E-Commerce Digital Marketing Executive – Arabic Speaker Jobs in Dubai at SCRUBS+
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented HR Coordinator to join our dynamic HR team . The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing employee documentation, maintaining accurate and up-to-date employee files, ensuring compliance with internal policies and legal requirements, and supporting HR operations through effective communication and meeting coordination. This role requires a proactive approach to managing administrative tasks, and an ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
Key Responsibilities:
Document Control & Employee Files Management:
Maintain and organize employee files (both physical and digital), ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
Update employee records, including personal information, contracts, performance reviews, and training certifications.
Ensure all documentation complies with legal requirements and company policies.
Prepare and process employee documents for new hires, promotions, transfers, and terminations.
Meeting Coordination & Support:
Schedule and coordinate HR-related meetings, including interviews, performance reviews, and employee training sessions.
Assist in organizing and preparing materials for HR meetings, ensuring all logistics are handled effectively.
Support the HR Manager in planning employee engagement activities, team-building events, and training programs.
HR Administration & Compliance:
Assist with the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring all necessary paperwork and documentation is completed.
Help with processing payroll and benefits documentation as required.
Maintain records of employee attendance, leave requests, and other HR-related documentation.
Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies, and provide support during audits.
General HR Support:
Answer employee queries related to HR policies, benefits, and procedures.
Provide assistance in recruitment efforts, including posting job openings, screening resumes, and arranging interviews.
Support the HR team in maintaining employee records, training logs, and other necessary documents.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as an HR Coordinator or similar role, preferably in the hotel or hospitality industry.
Strong knowledge of HR policies, labor laws, and document control procedures.
Excellent organizational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
High attention to detail and accuracy in managing employee records and documentation.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact professionally with all staff levels.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and HR management software (IDS).
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with integrity.
A proactive and positive attitude with a focus on providing excellent internal customer service.
Preferred Qualifications:
Own visa or work permit is preferred.
Experience in the hospitality or hotel industry.

Pay: AED1,500.00 – AED2,500.00 per month
