E Commerce Commercial Sales Head Jobs in Al Hamriyah at Anish & Company
Role Overview: A senior commercial leader to own and grow our entire online business across all platforms and marketplaces (Amazon, Noon, Mumzworld, FirstCry, Babyshop, Carrefour, Lulu and other Brand webstores) across the UAE, KSA and the wider GCC. This is the individual who will manage all the platforms, set the expectations and be accountable for the commercial outcome end to end.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own the overall eCommerce commercial strategy and P&L across all platforms and marketplaces.
- Manage relationships and joint business plans (JBPs) with key online retailers and marketplace partners.
- Set and deliver sales targets, forecasts and margins by platform, brand and category.
- Lead pricing, promotions and channel strategy to ensure consistency and avoid channel conflict.
- Oversee catalogue, listings, content and stock availability in coordination with the supply chain and content teams.
- Plan and drive the key online sales events (White Friday, Ramadan, Back to School, Singles Day, National Day, etc.).
- Lead, mentor and build the eCommerce team, including the marketplace and performance marketing resources.
- Track and report performance through structured dashboards and clear KPIs.
Candidate Profile:
- 8 to 10+ years in eCommerce / commercial leadership within FMCG, babycare or consumer goods, ideally in the GCC.
- Proven track record managing multiple marketplaces and key accounts with full P&L ownership.
- Strong commercial, analytical, negotiation and team leadership skills.
Key Performance Metrics: net revenue and margin growth across platforms vs plan, account-level and market-share growth, promotional ROI and overall marketing efficiency.
