We are seeking a highly motivated and technically skilled E-Billing Clerk to join our regional team based in the UAE. The ideal candidate will have strong technical aptitude, excellent communication skills, and the ability to navigate multiple client systems and portals with accuracy and efficiency.
This role requires someone who is proactive, detail‑oriented, and committed to continuous process improvement. As part of our Credit function, you will play a key role in ensuring timely and compliant e‑billing across a diverse client portfolio.
Key Responsibilities
- Upload e‑billing invoices promptly and ensure timely monthly submissions.
- Submit timekeeper rates and monitor subscription fees across client portals.
- Provide regular reports to Credit Controllers on uploaded, pending, and rejected invoices.
- Handle client queries related to e‑billing issues and coordinate resolutions with internal stakeholders.
- Take immediate action on rejected invoices and follow through to resolution.
- Liaise with lawyers, secretaries, and other internal teams to prepare bills and support administrative requests.
- Maintain an updated e‑billing dashboard and monitor invoice status across portals.
Qualifications
- 1–4 years of experience in a similar role.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Arabic is required.
- Must hold a bachelor’s degree in finance or related subjects.
