Duties & Responsibilities
Introduction of delivery notes: orders received in the Storeroom and Kitchen. Pay special attention to the existence of the purchase order, review amounts on the delivery note versus the purchase order, items received, signature of the person receiving the order, cost center, VAT, accounting account and date.
Daily introduction of transfers: orders from sales points and other departments. Matching transferred items with requested items, cost centers, amounts, date and signatures.
Management of incidents in external and internal orders.
Archiving, classification and data collection work
Job Experience
Experience in a similar position in hotels will be valued.
Office knowledge (Word, Excel at user level)
