We’re Hiring: DWDM Network Engineer Join a pioneering team developing advanced optical networking solutions for telecommunications and enterprise customers. As a DWDM Network Engineer, you’ll lead the deployment and integration of cutting-edge optical network equipment, driving

Key Responsibilities:
Deployment & Configuration:
Deploy and integrate 1830 PSS series optical equipment and SDH/DWDM networks.
Optimize OADM configurations and optical amplification for network performance.
Customer Support:
Troubleshoot fiber impairments (dispersion, loss) and modulation issues (OOK, PSK).Resolve network outages and ensure SLA compliance.
Network Design:
Implement GMPLS-based restoration for high-availability networks.
Required Skills:
Bachelors in electrical/computer engineering or computer science.
5+ years of
hands-on experience
with OTN, DWDM, and SDH technologies.
Fiber optic signal impairments and mitigation strategies.
GMPLS restoration and 1+1 protection schemes.
WSNOC/OMS platform management.
Proficiency in Layer 2 protocols (VLAN, MPLS).
Preferred Skills:
Certifications:
Cisco CCNP/CCIE, Juniper JNCIP, or Nokia NRS II.
Experience with
SMS/Encryption configurations.
Knowledge of automation tools (Python, Ansible) for network  part of a team shaping the future of optical communications.
