Duty Manager you will act as the face of the luxury 5
* hotelensuring seamless service delivery and resolving guest concernspromptly and professionally. Your
leadership

Key Responsibilities:
Act as the primarypoint of contact for guest inquiries concerns and feedback ensuringa prompt and satisfactory resolution.
Overseedaytoday operations Shifts  particularly during peak hoursand ensure smooth coordination acrossdepartments.
Lead and inspire the front deskconcierge and guest services teams to deliver exceptionalservice.
Handle escalated guest issues withprofessionalism and
empathy
.
Monitor guestsatisfaction metrics and implement initiatives to enhance the guestexperience.
Prepare and monitor accountsensures correct account procedures arefollowed.
Assist in training and mentoringstaff to uphold the highest hospitalitystandards.
Manage VIP 5
* guest experiencesensuring personalized service and attention todetail.
Ensure compliance with hotel policiesprocedures and standards.
Prepare shift reportsand communicate relevant details to the managementteam.
Qualifications:
Bachelors Degree in hospitality management business administrationor a related field may be preferred.
35 years experience in 45 star
Hotel
Russian language is amust
Skilled and professionally well familiarwith all related company documentation and especially with therelevant Operational Standards for his / her field ofresponsibility.
