We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead and manage key projects aimed at data cleansing, AI-driven initiatives, organizational restructuring, and the development of frameworks and KPIs. As a vital member of our team, you will work closely with our CEO and CIO to ensure strategic alignment and successful project execution.
Key Responsibilities:
· Lead and manage data cleansing and AI-related projects to ensure data accuracy, integrity, and usability across the organization.
· Collaborate with the leadership team to design and implement frameworks that drive operational efficiency and organizational restructuring efforts.
· Define, monitor, and report on Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to track project progress and overall business performance.
· Work closely with the CEO and CIO to understand business needs and provide strategic recommendations based on project insights.
· Utilize project management tools (Monday Board, JIRA, EPM) to track project timelines, deliverables, and resource allocation.
· Ensure effective communication across departments, fostering a collaborative environment to meet project objectives.
· Identify and manage project risks, providing timely solutions to ensure project success.
· Oversee the delivery of projects on time, within scope, and within budget.
· Provide leadership and mentoring to project teams, ensuring clear direction and professional growth.
Requirements
Qualifications:
· Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, preferably with experience in data-driven and AI-related projects.
· 7 years of overall professional experience in project management or a related field.
· Strong background in organizational restructuring, framework development, and KPI definition.
· Proven experience working with Monday Board, JIRA, and EPM project management tools.
· Exceptional leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
· Ability to collaborate effectively with senior leadership (CEO and CIO) and cross-functional teams.
· Strong analytical skills with a focus on achieving project outcomes and continuous improvement.
· Bachelor’s degree in business, Technology, Engineering, or a related field (preferred).
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Up to AED25,000.00 per month
