We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Sales Executive to expand our flower shop’s business. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying potential clients, building relationships, and securing partnerships with businesses, hotels, event planners, restaurants, and corporate offices. This role requires someone with excellent sales, negotiation, and networking skills, along with knowledge of flowers and floral arrangements.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and target potential business clients (hotels, restaurants, offices, event planners, wedding coordinators, etc.).
Schedule meetings with decision-makers (managers, procurement heads, event planners) to present our floral services and packages.
Develop corporate gifting, event floral design, and subscription plans for businesses.
Maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and referrals.
Attend networking events, exhibitions, and business forums to promote the shop.
Work with the florist team to create customized floral packages based on client needs.
Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and report progress to management.
Handle quotations, invoicing, and negotiations with business clients.
Keep up with industry trends and competitor offerings.
Requirements:
✅ Proven experience in B2B sales, business development, or corporate sales (preferably in the floral, hospitality, or event industry).
✅ Strong network in hotels, restaurants, event planning, or corporate sectors.
✅ Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
✅ Knowledge of flowers, floral arrangements, and event decor is a big plus.
✅ Ability to work independently and generate leads.
✅ Valid UAE driving license is an advantage.
✅ Fluent in English (Arabic is a plus).
