Job Summary
Join Our Growing HVAC Maintenance Team
We are a well-established AC maintenance company in the UAE looking for a skilled and reliable Duct Man / HVAC Duct Technician with UAE experience or home country.
We are seeking someone who takes pride in quality workmanship, follows safety standards, and can work independently as well as within a team.
Key Responsibilities
- Install, modify, repair, and replace HVAC ductwork for residential, commercial, and industrial projects.
- Fabricate and install GI ducts, fittings, dampers, flexible ducts, diffusers, grilles, and insulation.
- Carry out duct repairs, leak sealing, and system modifications.
- Read and interpret HVAC drawings and shop drawings.
- Ensure proper alignment, air distribution, and installation quality.
- Perform maintenance and troubleshooting of existing duct systems.
- Follow company quality standards and UAE safety regulations.
- Coordinate with supervisors and HVAC technicians to complete projects on schedule.
Requirements
- Minimum 2-5 years of UAE experience as a Duct Man or HVAC Duct Technician.
- Strong knowledge of HVAC duct installation, fabrication, and insulation.
- Experience using duct fabrication and installation tools.
- Ability to read technical drawings and execute work accurately.
- Good understanding of HVAC systems and site safety practices.
- Physically fit and able to work at various project locations.
- Valid UAE driving license is an advantage but not mandatory.
- Immediate joiners will be given preference.
