Key Responsibilities:
Financial Management: Oversee and manage the company’s financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
Compliance: Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards, both locally and internationally.
Financial Analysis: Conduct financial analysis to support decision-making processes and provide insights into financial performance.
Experience Utilization: Leverage previous experience in fintech to optimize financial processes and implement innovative solutions.
Team Collaboration: Work closely with other departments to align financial strategies with overall business objectives.
Reporting: Prepare and present financial reports to senior management, highlighting key metrics and areas for improvement.
Qualifications:
Language Skills: Fluency in Chinese (Mandarin) and English is essential.
Experience: Proven experience in a finance role, preferably within the fintech industry.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. A Master’s degree or professional certification (e.g., CPA, CFA) is a plus.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in financial software and tools, as well as advanced Excel skills.
Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with clients and team members.
Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy and attention to detail in financial reporting and analysis.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with financial regulations and compliance in multiple jurisdictions.
Familiarity with blockchain technology, digital payments, or other fintech innovations.
Experience in a startup or fast-paced environment.
