Responsibilities
- Pick up and transport tutors, staff, and other authorized personnel to assigned learning centers and business‑related destinations across the UAE.
- Ensure timely and safe pick‑up and drop‑off in accordance with operational schedules and requirements.
- Maintain the company vehicle in a clean, safe, and roadworthy condition at all times.
- Conduct routine vehicle inspections and promptly report any maintenance or repair requirements.
- Collect, deliver, and distribute documents, packages, and correspondence as required.
- Assist with approved administrative errands including petty cash collection, bank deposits, and other business‑related tasks.
- Provide general office support and assist with operational duties as assigned by management.
- Adhere to all UAE traffic regulations and company driving policies.
- Represent the company professionally when interacting with staff, students, parents, vendors, and external stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Valid UAE Driving Licence.
- Minimum 5 years of professional driving experience within Dubai, with good knowledge of routes and locations across the UAE.
- Proficient in using GPS, navigation systems, and route‑planning applications.
- Clean driving record with no major accidents and no serious traffic violations, including red signal crossing, speeding, tailgating, no‑entry violations, or excessive parking fines.
- Well‑groomed, professional, and courteous in appearance and conduct.
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Good communication skills in English.
- Strong sense of responsibility, integrity, and attention to safety.
- Flexible and willing to support operational and administrative requirements as needed.
