Responsibilities:
- Safely transport employees and clients to various destinations while adhering to all traffic regulations and company policies, ensuring punctuality and reliability in every trip.
- Conduct regular vehicle inspections and maintenance checks to ensure the safety and performance of the vehicle, promptly reporting any issues to management for resolution.
- Assist with loading and unloading materials or documents, ensuring that all items are handled with care and delivered to the correct locations in a timely manner.
- Maintain accurate records of vehicle mileage, fuel consumption, and maintenance activities, contributing to efficient fleet management and cost control.
- Provide exceptional customer service by being courteous and professional at all times, addressing any inquiries or concerns from passengers during transit.
- Collaborate with team members to coordinate schedules and routes, optimizing transportation logistics to improve efficiency and reduce travel time.
