We are seeking a detail-oriented, highly organized, and experienced Finance Manager to oversee all financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and strategic financial planning. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills and be able to provide insight into financial performance to help guide decision-making processes across departments.
Financial Planning and Analysis:
Develop and manage the company’s financial planning and forecasting processes.
Provide financial analysis and business performance insights to senior management.
Monitor the financial performance against budget, identifying variances and suggesting corrective actions.
Budgeting and Cost Control:
Lead the annual budgeting process and ensure alignment with strategic business objectives.
Continuously monitor operational and capital expenditures and ensure cost-effective management.
Implement and manage cost control measures to improve profitability.
Financial Reporting:
Prepare accurate and timely financial reports (monthly, quarterly, and annually).
Ensure compliance with all financial regulations, accounting standards, and company policies.
Collaborate with auditors during audits to ensure accurate and compliant financial reporting.
Cash Flow Management:
Oversee cash flow management, ensuring adequate funds are available to meet operational and capital requirements.
Optimize working capital and manage relationships with financial institutions and stakeholders.
Internal Controls:
Develop and maintain strong internal controls to safeguard company assets and ensure financial integrity.
Monitor and assess financial processes for efficiency and accuracy, recommending improvements where necessary.
Team Leadership and Development:
Lead and mentor the finance team to ensure high performance and continuous development.
Foster a culture of collaboration, transparency, and accountability within the team.
Strategic Advice and Decision Support:
Provide financial advice to senior management on business growth, investment opportunities, and cost management.
Support business decisions by preparing financial models, forecasts, and scenario analyses.
Taxation and Compliance:
Ensure compliance with local and international tax laws and regulations.
Manage tax reporting, filings, and ensure timely payments.
Requirements:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (CPA, CFA, or MBA is a plus).
Experience: Minimum of 6 years of experience in financial management or accounting roles, with at least 3 years in a managerial position.
Skills:
Strong knowledge of financial modeling, budgeting, and forecasting techniques.
Expertise in financial software and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks).
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal ( English & Hindi)
Strong leadership, team management, and interpersonal skills.
In-depth knowledge of financial regulations, tax laws, and compliance requirements.

Pay: AED12,000.00 – AED15,000.00 per month
