Job Profile: Sales Admin Coordinator (IT Industry)
Key Responsibilities:
1. Sales Support & Coordination
✅ Assist the IT sales team in processing orders, quotations, and proposals.
✅ Manage customer accounts and update CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
✅ Track sales pipeline and ensure timely follow-ups on leads and opportunities.
2. Administrative & Operational Tasks
✅ Prepare and maintain sales documentation, contracts, and SLAs (Service Level Agreements).
✅ Coordinate with finance for invoicing, payments, and credit approvals.
✅ Work with procurement teams to check stock availability and delivery schedules for IT products/services.
3. Customer & Vendor Communication
✅ Handle customer inquiries related to IT solutions, pricing, and product availability.
✅ Act as a point of contact between sales, technical support, and clients.
✅ Follow up on project implementation, software licensing, and subscription renewals.
4. Reporting & Analysis
✅ Generate sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics for management.
✅ Analyze IT sales trends and identify areas for improvement.
✅ Monitor competitor pricing and market trends in the IT sector.
