Degree in Mechanical Engineering/ Diploma or certification in drafting/ Diploma in Mechanical/ITI Mechanical Draughtsman
Minimum 5 years gulf experience, preparation of Plumbing, HVAC, and MEP coordination drawing
Should have sound knowledge in Mechanical & Plumbing services
Able to coordinate MEP services in coordination with Arch, Str, and ID drawings
Professional Skills and Competencies
Technical Drawing Skills:
Proficiency in creating detailed technical drawings and blueprints for mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.
CAD Proficiency:
Expertise in using CAD software such as AutoCAD, Revit, and other Building Information Modeling (BIM) tools.
Ability to create, modify, and manage 2D and 3D drawings.
Understanding of MEP Systems:
Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems and how they integrate into building structures.
Attention to Detail:
Precision in drafting and the ability to identify and correct errors in designs.
Analytical Skills:
Ability to interpret engineering specifications, technical manuals, and other documents to create accurate drawings.
Communication Skills:
Effective communication with engineers, architects, and other stakeholders to understand requirements and provide updates.
Project Management:
Ability to manage multiple projects, adhere to deadlines, and coordinate with other team members.

Pay: AED4,000.00 – AED5,000.00 per month
