GeeTR Middle East General Trading LLC is seeking a reliable, professional, and safety-conscious Office Driver to support its daily business operations in UAE. This role is ideal for an experienced driver with good knowledge of around UAE roads, excellent time management, and a professional attitude. The successful candidate will provide safe transportation, handle office-related errands, and assist with the timely movement of documents and business materials.
Key Responsibilities:
- Safely transport employees, management, clients, and visitors to assigned destinations.
- Drive company personnel to meetings, offices, airports, and other business locations.
- Perform office-related errands, document deliveries, and collection duties when required.
- Maintain the assigned vehicle in a clean, safe, and presentable condition.
- Conduct routine vehicle inspections and report maintenance or repair requirements.
- Monitor fuel levels and maintain records of vehicle usage and mileage.
- Ensure vehicle registration, insurance, servicing, and other required documentation remain up to date.
- Follow all UAE traffic laws, road safety regulations, and company driving policies.
- Maintain confidentiality regarding company activities, client information, and travel schedules.
- Assist with loading and unloading documents or light office materials when required.
- Report accidents, traffic incidents, vehicle issues, or other concerns to management promptly.
Requirements:
- Valid UAE Light Vehicle Driving License.
- 2–5 years of professional driving experience in Dubai or the UAE.
- Good knowledge of Dubai roads, traffic regulations, and major business locations.
- Clean driving record with a strong commitment to road safety.
- Good communication skills in English; knowledge of additional languages is an advantage.
- Professional appearance, courteous behavior, and a responsible attitude.
- Basic knowledge of vehicle maintenance and troubleshooting.
- Ability to work flexible hours when business requirements demand.
