Job Summary: This role involves engaging with clients, internal teams, and customers to understand their needs, address inquiries, and resolve issues, ensuring a seamless and positive experience. It also combines customer service and financial management skills, particularly with Zoho books. A client service executive will ensure an outstanding customer experience while efficiently managing accounts and resolving finance-related queries.
Key Responsibilities
Client Support
Respond to client inquiries and complaints promptly and professionally
Actively support and listen to client queries, concerns and feedback, demonstrating empathy and understanding
Proactively follow-up with clients to ensure satisfaction and issue resolution
Maintain professionalism through all communication channels
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex issues and ensure timely resolution
Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions, ensuring the information is readily accessible for future reference
Provide excellent customer service through phone, email and chats
Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions in CRM software.
Accounting Support:
Assist customers with billing and payment queries.
Reconcile client accounts and process refunds or adjustments when necessary
Work closely with the finance team to ensure accuracy in invoicing and payment processing
Maintain customer financial data and ensure accuracy in Zoho Books.
Generate invoices, track payments, and manage expense reports within Zoho Books.
Guide customers on interpreting invoices and financial documents generated in Zoho Books
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree with majors in Business or Accounting.
1-2 years of UAE experience in client services or a related field
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English and Arabic
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
Proficiency in customer service software and accounting tools such as Zoho Books
Basic accounting skills and understanding of financial principles
Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
Other Requirement
Preferably someone on father’s or husband’s sponsorship visa based in UAE
