Job Title: CEO Driver / Executive Chauffeur

Job Summary
We are looking for a professional, reliable, and highly discreet CEO Driver to provide safe, timely, and efficient transportation for the Chief Executive Officer. The ideal candidate will maintain the highest standards of professionalism, confidentiality, and customer service while ensuring the assigned vehicle is always in excellent condition.
Key Responsibilities
- Safely transport the CEO to meetings, appointments, airports, and other destinations across the UAE.
- Plan routes efficiently, considering traffic, weather, and road conditions.
- Maintain strict confidentiality regarding the CEO’s schedules, discussions, and business matters.
- Ensure the assigned vehicle is clean, well-maintained, fueled, and serviced on time.
- Conduct daily vehicle inspections and report any maintenance issues immediately.
- Coordinate with the Executive Assistant regarding daily schedules and travel plans.
- Assist with loading and unloading luggage, documents, and other items when required.
- Ensure compliance with all UAE traffic laws and company policies.
- Be available for flexible working hours, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays when required.
- Handle occasional errands or administrative support as assigned.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum 5 years of professional driving experience, including at least 2 years as an executive or VIP driver in the UAE.
- Valid UAE Driving License with a clean driving record.
- Excellent knowledge of Dubai and UAE roads, routes, and traffic regulations.
- Professional appearance and courteous manner.
- Strong communication skills in English; Arabic is an advantage.
- High level of integrity, discretion, and reliability.
- Ability to work flexible hours and remain calm under pressure.
