Responsibilities:
Supervise daily accounting operations, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
Implement financial strategies in alignment with Company’s goals.
Conduct financial analysis and forecasting to support business decisions.
Manage and mentor the finance and accounts team.
Liaise with international suppliers, handling contracts and negotiations.
Ensure compliance with financial regulations across all operating regions.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; Master’s preferred., CFP and CFA certifications.
Proven experience in financial management and accounting within relevant industries.
Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills.
Proficiency in financial software and international financial standards.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, multinational environment.
