1. Design & Drafting
- Develop landscape concept designs and proposals based on client requirements
- Prepare shop drawings in line with approved designs and specifications
- Draft softscape and hardscape drawings
- Create concept and presentation drawings for client approvals
- Prepare detailed drawings for landscape elements and features
2. Technical Drawings
- Prepare setting-out drawings and level plans
- Draft longitudinal sections and grading details
- Develop irrigation layouts (mainline, sprinkler, sprayer, drip systems)
- Draft structural details for features such as swimming pools and artificial streams
- Prepare asphalt removal and modification drawings for authority approvals
3. Documentation & Coordination
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, and internal project teams
- Prepare quantity take-offs for softscape and hardscape works
- Draft NOC drawings for municipal and authority approvals
- Prepare as-built drawings for project handover
- Revise and update drawings based on design or site changes
4. Project Support
- Assist in landscape design development and decorative concepts
- Support preparation of proposal and general arrangement (GA) drawings
- Contribute to pre-concept and conceptual landscape proposals
- Ensure timely delivery of drawings in line with project schedules and scope
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Draughtsman in landscaping or a related industry
- Proven experience in residential and commercial landscaping projects
- Strong technical drawing and detailing skills
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Strong coordination and organizational abilities
- Proficiency in AutoCAD (mandatory); knowledge of other design software is an advantage
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, MEP, or related field (preferred)
