Draftsman- Landscape+ Pool Jobs in Dubai at Perfect Technical Works & Landscaping LLC
PTWL is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Landscape Draughtsman with a minimum of 5 years’ experience in landscaping projects. The role involves preparing detailed design, shop, and technical drawings for softscape, hardscape, irrigation systems, and landscape structural elements, ensuring compliance with project specifications and authority requirements.
Key ResponsibilitiesDesign & Technical Drawings
- Prepare concept and design drawings in coordination with clients and design teams
- Develop detailed shop drawings based on approved landscape designs
- Prepare softscape and hardscape plans, including levels, coordinates, and setting out details
- Draft longitudinal sections, grading plans, and quantity-related drawings
Irrigation & Landscape Systems
- Prepare detailed irrigation layouts including mainlines, sprinklers, spray systems, and drip irrigation networks
- Ensure accuracy in hydraulic layouts and coordination with site conditions
Structural & Specialized Elements
- Prepare detailed structural drawings for landscape features such as swimming pools, artificial streams, and water features
- Draft specialized landscape elements and technical construction details
As-Built & Authority Submissions
- Prepare as-built drawings for project handover and documentation
- Develop NOC drawings for municipal approvals and asphalt cutting/removal works
- Ensure drawings comply with UAE authority regulations and standards
Coordination & Project Support
- Coordinate with clients to understand drawing requirements and project scope
- Revise drawings based on design changes, site feedback, and client instructions
- Assist in preparation of proposal drawings, general arrangement (GA) drawings, and pre-concept designs
- Support design development and project presentation materials
Project Delivery & Quality Control
- Ensure all drawings are delivered accurately and within project timelines
- Maintain high attention to detail and compliance with design specifications
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Draughtsman in landscaping projects (UAE experience preferred)
- Strong knowledge of softscape, hardscape, irrigation systems, and landscape structures
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and other relevant drafting/design software
- Ability to interpret design concepts and convert them into accurate technical drawings
- Strong understanding of setting out, levels, and site coordination
- Experience with authority submission drawings (NOCs, permits)
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple deadlines and work under pressure
