Become a key player in our dynamic team at Richmond Properties. We are looking for an energetic, driven, and experienced Property Consultant to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:
Find and build strong relationships with Clients
Manage and update CRM system with client and property details
Provide expert insights and guidance to clients to make informed property decisions
Conduct Market Research and Analysis, Prepare Property Presentations and Proposals
Negotiate and handle objections effectively, Facilitate Smooth Transactions
Candidate Qualifications:
Minimum 6 months of experience in Dubai real estate
Preferred native or advanced proficiency in English, German, Italian, Presian, French, Turkish, Russian..
Proven track record in networking, sales, and client relationship management
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong time management and organizational skills, self-driven, and hardworking
