Job Description:
? Prepare and develop detailed shop drawings, IFC drawings, and as-built drawings for a range of projects including high-end residential villas, commercial offices, retail spaces, and hospitality projects (restaurants, cafés, hotels), ensuring full compliance with design intent, authority standards, and site conditions.
? Produce comprehensive joinery and millwork drawings such as wardrobes, kitchens, vanities, feature walls, ceilings, and custom furniture, including detailed sections, elevations, and material specifications suitable for factory production and on-site installation.
? Coordinate with design, estimation, and project execution teams to translate concepts into technically sound drawings, resolve design clashes, and incorporate site conditions, MEP coordination, and material selections into final outputs.
? Conduct site visits, measurements, and drawing validations, ensuring accuracy prior to production, while maintaining strict version control and timely submission of drawings to support project timelines and approvals.
