Position: Draftsman / CADD Operator
Title: Draftsman / CADD Operator
Responsibilities:
Prepare Civil, Architectural, and Electromechanical construction drawings for new projects using the latest version of AutoCAD, based on design details provided by Design Engineers.
Prepare As-Built drawings for completed Civil, Architectural, and Electromechanical projects using AutoCAD, as directed by the Head of the Technical Services Section.
Maintain all As-Built drawings, operation & maintenance manuals, warranty certificates, and related documents for Facilities and General Services in both soft and hard copies.
Scan hard copies of drawings without electronic versions and maintain these electronic copies systematically.
Requirements:
Diploma in Civil Engineering (3-year course) from a recognized institute.
Completed a minimum 6-month full-time AutoCAD course.
Completed a recognized 3D-Max course.
At least 5 years of experience as a CAD Coordinator or AutoCAD Draftsman in a reputable consultancy firm or client organization such as a university.
