Full job description
We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Chartered Accountant (CA) (Just for who has experience in CaseWare) to manage and oversee financial operations, taxation, auditing, and compliance.
The ideal candidate will ensure financial accuracy, provide strategic financial advice, and help optimize business processes.
Key Responsibilities:
✅ Financial Management & Reporting:
Prepare and analyze financial statements, reports, and forecasts.
Maintain accurate financial records and ensure compliance with accounting standards. Provide insights and recommendations to improve financial performance.
✅ Taxation & Compliance: Ensure compliance with direct and indirect tax laws (GST, Income Tax, etc.).
Prepare and file tax returns and handle tax audits.
Stay updated with the latest tax regulations and advise on tax-saving strategies.
✅ Audit & Assurance: Conduct internal and external audits to assess financial health. Ensure adherence to statutory compliance and regulatory requirements. Identify risks and suggest improvements in financial controls.
✅ Budgeting & Forecasting: Develop annual budgets and track financial performance. Analyze financial trends to provide actionable insights for decision-making.
✅ Advisory & Consulting:
Offer financial and business advisory services to clients or management.
Assist in investment planning, mergers, and acquisitions.
Guide businesses in financial restructuring and risk management.
✅ Liaison & Coordination: Coordinate with auditors, tax authorities, and financial institutions.
Collaborate with internal teams to optimize financial efficiency. Key Requirements:
✔ Qualifications: CA Qualification from a recognized institute .
✔ Experience:
Working on has experience in CaseWare 2 years of experience in finance, taxation, auditing, or related fields.
✔ Technical Skills:
Strong knowledge of accounting standards (GAAP, IFRS). Proficiency in tax laws, auditing principles, and financial regulations.
Expertise in accounting software (Tally, QuickBooks, SAP, etc.) and MS Excel and Caseware program is mandatory.
✔ Soft Skills:
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
High attention to detail and accuracy.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED3,500.00 – AED5,000.00 per month
