Draftsman Jobs in Doha at Qatar High Speed Group
Key Responsibilities
· Prepare and revise detailed engineering and construction drawings based on specifications, sketches, and design requirements.
· Develop shop drawings, as-built drawings, and technical documentation for project execution.
· Coordinate with engineers, architects, project managers, and site teams to ensure drawing accuracy and compliance.
· Review drawings and identify any discrepancies, conflicts, or technical issues.
· Ensure all drawings comply with project specifications, local regulations, and company standards.
· Incorporate design changes and update drawings as required throughout the project lifecycle.
· Assist in preparing material take-offs and technical submissions when required.
· Support project teams with drafting and design-related tasks.
· Experience in preparing shop drawings, as-built drawings, and authority submission drawings.
· Knowledge of Qatar construction standards and authority requirements.
Requirements
· Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Drafting, Architecture, or a related field.
· Minimum 4 years of experience as a Draftsman within the State of Qatar.
· Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and other relevant drafting software.
· Strong understanding of engineering and construction drawings.
· Ability to read and interpret technical specifications, layouts, and design documents.
· Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
· Strong communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams. Preferred Qualifications
Preferred Qualifications
· Experience in BIM modeling and coordination will be an advantage.
Pay: QAR3,000.00 – QAR4,000.00 per month
