The Production Coordinator (Supervisor) is responsible for overseeing and managing the production process for joinery and fiberglass projects, ensuring efficiency, quality, and timely delivery while maintaining safety and compliance standards.
Responsibilities:
1. Production Planning & Execution:
Coordinate and oversee daily production activities for joinery and fiberglass manufacturing.
Develop and implement production schedules to meet project deadlines.
Ensure optimal resource utilization (materials, manpower, and machinery) to enhance efficiency.
Monitor the workflow and address bottlenecks to avoid delays in production.
2. Quality Control & Compliance:
Ensure all products meet quality standards and client specifications.
Conduct regular inspections and address any non-conformities in production.
Implement best practices to maintain high production quality in both joinery and fiberglass works.
Ensure compliance with industry regulations, safety standards, and company policies.
3. Team Supervision & Coordination:
Supervise and guide the production team, including carpenters, fiberglass technicians, and machine operators.
Assign tasks to workers and ensure they are completed efficiently and accurately.
Provide training and mentorship to improve team performance and skill levels.
Coordinate with procurement, design, and project teams to align production with project requirements.
4. Material & Equipment Management:
Monitor and control raw material usage to minimize waste.
Ensure timely ordering and availability of materials and tools for uninterrupted production.
Oversee maintenance and calibration of production machinery and tools.
5. Communication & Reporting:
Act as a liaison between production, project management, and client teams.
Provide regular updates on production progress, challenges, and required actions.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly production reports for management review.
6. Problem-Solving & Process Improvement:
Identify areas for process improvement to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
Troubleshoot production issues and implement effective solutions.
Promote continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and product quality.
7. Health & Safety Compliance:
Ensure the workplace is safe and complies with health and safety regulations.
Conduct safety training and enforce PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) usage.
Report and address any safety hazards or incidents immediately.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: AED6,000.00 – AED8,000.00 per month
