Job Title: Sales Associate – Curtains, Carpets, and Furniture (Female)
Responsibilities:
Greet and assist customers in selecting curtains, carpets, and furniture.
Provide detailed product information and answer customer questions.
Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently.
Achieve individual and team sales targets.
Maintain a well-organized and visually appealing store.
Assist in inventory management and stock replenishment.
Participate in training and development programs to stay updated on product knowledge.
Handle customer complaints and returns professionally.
Qualifications:
Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Business, Marketing, or a related field.
Previous experience in sales or customer service preferred.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational abilities.
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
