We are Hiring Female DOH Nurses:
- Willing to work in-home care setting
- Listen to patients and respond to their concerns
- Administer medication as prescribed by the patients Physician
- Documents the patient’s condition accurately and concisely, using correct charting format: in electronic medical record, notifies the physician of condition changes.
- Coordinate with Therapists/Physicians & anyone involved in the patients care plan
