Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Team member Documentation Specialist & Coordinator to prepare, manage and oversee documentation, MCC approval processes, and AutoCAD layouts. The ideal candidate should have 2 to 4 years of experience and strong expertise in documentation control, AutoCAD drafting, and MCC approval processes.
Key Responsibilities:
Design and maintain office and project document control databases and spreadsheets.
Ensure accurate and up-to-date records of all approved documents and drawings, enabling smooth and timely distribution to the project team.
Prepare and manage site-related documentation, including (MCC Initial Drawings, Technical Submittals, As-Built Drawings, other required documents, and MCC portal Management)
Manage the complete MCC process, including project registration, initial approval, and final approval while maintaining ongoing communication.
Design and plot camera layouts in AutoCAD and other required drawings related to the scope of work in ELV system.
Manage and maintain Planned Preventive Maintenance schedules with Project Manager for contracts under Annual Maintenance Contracts.
Manage Company’s related documentation and records.
Handle day-to-day documentation processes, ensuring accuracy and compliance using Microsoft Office tools.
Stay updated with AI technologies, including ChatGPT, to optimize documentation and workflow efficiency.
Qualifications, experience & Skills:
2 to 4 years of experience in the ELV field.
Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
Strong proficiency in English (written, verbal, and communication skills).
Proven experience in documentation control, project management, and MCC approval process.
Proficiency in AutoCAD for designing layouts.
Excellent organizational and multitasking skills with a keen eye for detail.
