Dream Land International Cargo is seeking an experienced Shipping Documentation & Operations Coordinator to join our team.
Responsibilities
- Prepare, review, and maintain shipping and logistics documentation (B/L, AWB, Commercial Invoice, Packing List, Certificates, etc.).
- Coordinate with shipping lines, overseas agents, customers, transporters, and customs brokers.
- Follow up on all open shipment files and ensure timely updates.
- Monitor shipment status and proactively follow up on pending actions.
- Maintain accurate records and filing systems for operational documents.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports for management.
- Handle administrative and coordination tasks related to operations.
- Manage email correspondence and communication through Outlook.
- Support management with operational follow-up, scheduling, and task coordination.
- Ensure compliance with company procedures and documentation requirements.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Freight Forwarding, Shipping, Logistics, or Customs Clearance.
- Freight Forwarding experience is mandatory.
- Excellent command of English (written and spoken).
- Fluent Arabic and English communication skills are required.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Microsoft Office applications.
- Strong reporting, coordination, and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure.
- High attention to detail and commitment to deadlines.
Preferred Qualifications
- UAE experience is an advantage.
- Familiarity with Dubai Trade, shipping line portals, and customs procedures.
- Experience in preparing management reports and operational KPIs.

- Salary will be discussed based on qualifications and experience.
Pay: From AED2,500.00 per month
