Job Title: Waiter/Waitress

Job Summary:
The Waiter/Waitress will be responsible for providing exceptional service to guests, ensuring a memorable dining experience. This role involves taking orders, delivering food and beverages, ensuring guest satisfaction, and maintaining cleanliness and organization in the dining area. The ideal candidate is personable, attentive, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and welcome guests in a warm and professional manner.
Present menus, answer questions, and make recommendations based on guest preferences.
Take accurate food and beverage orders and communicate them effectively to the kitchen and bar staff.
Serve food and beverages in a timely, courteous, and efficient manner.
Ensure guest satisfaction by addressing requests, inquiries, and complaints promptly.
Monitor guest experience, ensuring tables are clean and appropriately set.
Process payments and issue receipts while ensuring proper billing.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment.
Follow health and safety regulations, including proper food handling practices.
Collaborate with other restaurant staff to ensure seamless service.
Stay updated on menu changes, daily specials, and restaurant promotions.
Perform opening and closing duties as assigned, including setting up and clearing tables.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a waiter/waitress or in a similar customer service role for two years in Dubai.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
Professional appearance and a positive attitude.
Familiarity with POS systems and ability to handle cash transactions.
Basic knowledge of food and beverage preparation and presentation.
Ability to stand, walk, and carry trays for extended periods.
Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends, evenings, and holidays.
Preferred:
Previous experience in a fine-dining or upscale restaurant.
Knowledge Mocktails, and specialty beverages.

Pay: AED2,000.00 – AED3,200.00 per month
