Document Controller (Maintenance) Jobs in Dubai at Chinese Palace Restaurant Group
You will be responsible for conceptualizing and executing innovative 3D designs for Events, exhibitions, and activations. You will work closely with creative teams, production, and client servicing to develop stunning environments that engage and inspire. From the initial idea to the final execution, your creativity and technical skills will play a key role in delivering immersive, memorable experiences for top-tier clients.
Conceptualize, design, and develop 3D visualizations for experiential marketing campaigns, events, and brand activations.
Collaborate with the creative team, project managers, and production teams to ensure design feasibility and alignment with client objectives.
Create detailed 3D models, renderings, and layouts for event spaces, installations, and branded environments.
Stay updated with the latest trends in experiential design, materials, and event production to bring fresh ideas to every project.
Ensure all designs adhere to brand guidelines and are executed with high-quality standards.
Present concepts and final designs to internal teams and clients, making revisions based on feedback
Work within project timelines and budgets to deliver exceptional results on time, every time.
Requirements:
Proficiency in 3D modeling software such as 3ds Max, SketchUp, Lumion or similar and well as rendering tools like V-Ray or Corona
Strong portfolio with high conversion of design projects
Ability to quickly learn and apply brand guidelines
Communication and client management experience.
Understanding of event production including knowledge of AV / production / decor / fabrication / printing / material knowledge ,
Excellent attention to details and ability to translate creative concepts into functional, immersive designs
Ability to work collaboratively within a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously
Strong communication and presentation skills to articulate design concepts to internal teams and clients
