Job Description: Document Controller (Infrastructure Contracting Company)

Should be UAE Experienced in Construction Contracting Company

We are seeking a Document Controller to manage and organize project documentation in our infrastructure contracting company. The role involves maintaining accurate records, ensuring proper filing, and managing document flow between departments.

Key Responsibilities:

Organize and maintain project documents (drawings, contracts, reports, etc.)
Ensure documents are properly filed and easily accessible
Control document revisions and versioning
Coordinate document distribution to relevant stakeholders
Maintain a tracking system for document approval and receipt

Qualifications:

Previous experience in document control (preferably in infrastructure)
Proficient in Microsoft Office and document management systems
Strong organizational and communication skills
Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED3,000.00 – AED5,000.00 per month
