Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized team member for the role of Document Controller and CAD Designer. Fresh graduates with a strong ability to learn and take on new challenges are encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities:
Design and maintain office and project document control databases and spreadsheets.
Ensure accurate, up-to-date records of all approved documents and drawings for smooth distribution to the project team.
Prepare and manage site-related documentation, including drawings and submittals.
Assist in ELV system design drawings in coordination with the manager.
Maintain PPM schedules with the Project Manager for Annual Maintenance Contracts.
Manage and maintain company documentation and records.
Handle day-to-day documentation processes using Microsoft Office tools.
Stay updated with AI technologies, including ChatGPT, to improve documentation processes.
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
Strong proficiency in English (written, verbal, and communication skills).
Basic knowledge of AutoCAD for designing layouts.
Good organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Knowledge of AI-driven tools for documentation automation is a plus.
Ability to learn and adapt quickly to new tasks and processes.
