Job Title:Document Controller
Position Reports to:Operations Manager
Location:Riyadh, Saudi Arabia
SUMMARY:Responsible for the timely, accurate and efficient preparation and management of documents.
PRIMARY FUNCTIONS AND ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
Supports colleagues by providing an administrative service
Prepares documents, templates, reports, etc.
Prepares and updates spreadsheets
Prepares posters and other material
Indexing and filing
Controlling company and project documentation
Following and improving document control procedures
Ensuring all documentation meets formal requirements and required standards
Sorting, storing and retrieving electronic and hard copy documents on behalf of clients and industry professionals
Producing document progress reports for senior managers
Conducting regular reviews and document audits
Using computers to organise and distribute documents within a company
Prepare and issue formal transmittals for all outgoing information
Helping in the planning stages of a specific project
Ensure documents are shared at key times to facilitate timely project completion
Reviewing and updating technical documents such as workflows and manuals
Maintaining confidentiality of sensitive information (e.g. terms of the agreement)
Any other activity as instructed.
EDUCATION / CERTIFICATION / KNOWLEDGE:
High School diploma or otherwise extensive industry experience and demonstrated capabilities
Demonstrated proficiency in the Microsoft Office environment including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and Document Management software.
EXPERIENCE:Requires minimum of 3 years related experience.
