DLP Supervisor – Façade Jobs in Dubai at BEAUTY TOUCH LADIES SALON
We are looking for DLP Supervisor – Façade for overseeing all Defects Liability Period (DLP) activities related to façade works, ensuring timely rectification of defects, coordination with clients and internal teams, and maintaining high standards of quality and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise façade defect rectification and maintenance activities during the DLP period.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and internal teams to close DLP issues promptly.
- Conduct site inspections to identify and assess façade defects.
- Ensure rectification works comply with quality, safety, and project standards.
- Monitor progress, maintain DLP records, and prepare status reports.
- Verify completion of rectification works and obtain client sign-off.
Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Civil, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
- 10+ years of experience in façade installation, maintenance, or DLP activities.
- Knowledge of curtain wall, glazing, aluminium, and façade systems.
- Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
Pay: AED6,500.00 – AED7,500.00 per month
