DLP Engineer – Civil Jobs in Dubai at BEAUTY TOUCH LADIES SALON
We are looking for DLP Engineer – Civil is responsible for managing and coordinating civil defect rectification activities during the Defects Liability Period, ensuring timely resolution of issues while meeting quality, safety, and contractual requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Inspect and evaluate civil defects reported during the DLP period.
- Plan and coordinate rectification works with site teams and subcontractors.
- Monitor work progress and ensure repairs are completed within agreed timelines.
- Prepare technical reports, inspection records, and DLP documentation.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, and internal departments to ensure timely closure of defects.
- Ensure all rectification works comply with quality standards and HSE regulations.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering.
- 5 years of experience in civil construction, handover, maintenance, or DLP activities.
- Good understanding of building finishes, waterproofing, structural repairs, and quality standards.
- Proficiency in MS Office and AutoCAD is an advantage.
- Strong analytical, coordination, and communication skills.
Pay: AED6,000.00 – AED7,000.00 per month
