Position: District Vice President Northern Emirates
Leading Banking group seeks an experienced Retail Banking professional to undertake responsibility for their sales, service and operational matters for all branches in the Sharjah and Northern Emirates region (Ajman, RAK and Fujairah).
Reporting to SVP, Branch Network the incumbent will focus on raising the productivity levels of all branches, drive sales and levels of service management as well as enhance the customer service for Retail, Wholesale and SME segments.
Job Accountabilities:
Implement and monitor business plans for the branches to achieve budgeted profit through proactive business solicitation, service and cross selling.
Identify revenue generation and cost-saving opportunities.
Compile and implement the Retail operational plan.
Lead and manage the Branch management team to ensure successful attainment of the operational plan.
Assess product risk and make pertinent recommendations in line with applicable policies.
Responsible for implementation of audit recommendations, operational risk management and compliance with all Central Bank regulations.
Minimum Requirements:
English – Fluent / Excellent
Arabic – Fluent / Excellent
Job Skills:
Bachelors Degree in Business Administration, Commerce or Accounting from a recognized institution.
A minimum of 10 years within Retail banking with recent significant management experience.
Track-record in successfully managing large teams and large distribution networks in the UAE.
Strong knowledge of customer base, retail products and services and industry practices.
A depth of professional maturity, commercial acumen and drive to represent the firm externally, including with persons of influence in the UAE Government, Industry and Society.
Fluent English and ability to speak Arabic is required.
