Purpose & Impact On Organization
Contribute to store profitability by:
Meeting or exceeding sales and KPI targets within the store throughlearning and development.
Leadingtraining and developmentin the store by providing a best-in-class onboarding and training program to ensure employees are fully knowledgeable in all areas of their role.
Providing a business partner service to the Store Manager, District Manager, and store team to deliver all business training projects in full and on time incollaborationwith the Market Training function to ensure excellence in execution.
Key Responsibilities
Plan, drive, and support the implementation of all Retail training programs and platforms (Every Moment Matters, Connect, Engage, Inspire (CEI), Digital learning platforms, etc.) by creating and/or leading inspiring and engaging workshops for the store team to ensure successful execution in the store.
Create a professional, high-performance culture by upskilling, coaching, and supporting In-Store Trainers (ISTs), Store Management Team, and subject specialists in stores within the district to deliver best-in-class training standards througheffective communicationmethods.
Monitor and analyze performance data and make any necessary adjustments to drive commercial success, primarily withinlearning and development.
Be aBrand Ambassador, consistently exhibiting the Brand Attitude and Values.
Collaborate with the EMC Sales Academy to ensure best practice and compliance when delivering training initiatives and provide feedback on content and implementation of training programs.
Supervise and support the team to ensure all customers receive an optimal service level at all times.
Supportstore operationsincludingVisual Merchandisingand In-StoreCommunicationstandards, merchandise delivery management process, organized stockroom and direct sales floor replenishment, and all applicable losspreventionprocedures.
Plan and implement engaging and effective onboarding programs for new joiners to the business in alignment with the Store Manager and District Manager.
Support Market Retail Learning strategy through coaching and supporting Retail In-store Learning Team within the District.
Share best practices to drive the overall store team performance and market Retail Learning strategy.

Minimum Qualifications
Minimum 12 months work experience in a sports/fashion customer- and commercial-focusedretail environmentwith advanced selling experience and comprehensive product, retail, and industry understanding.
Intermediate numeracy and literacy and advanced verbalcommunication skills.
Professional Experience
Competent and proven experience in influencing peers and above.
Delivering training workshops and initiatives.
Knowledge of the adidas brand.
Knowledge of Retail Key performance indicators, Profit and Loss reports, andStore Operations.
Experience of working in aRetail environment.
Tenacity to achieve and exceed KPI targets.
English language is an advantage.
