About the Role:

A leading global spirits organisation is seeking a Distributor Strategy & Execution Head to drive the development and implementation of best-in-class Route-to-Consumer (RTC) strategies across the Middle East and India. This role is pivotal in ensuring the effective management, optimisation, and performance of our distributor network, supporting market growth and brand expansion.

Key Responsibilities:

Distributor Management: Lead the selection, development, and performance management of distributors across the region, ensuring alignment with commercial objectives and market potential.

Strategic Execution: Deploy global RTC frameworks, adapting them to local market conditions to maximise brand presence and commercial impact.

Sales Force Effectiveness: Optimise distributor and internal sales team efficiency by embedding best practices, tools, and performance metrics.

Governance & Performance Tracking: Conduct market maturity assessments, establish KPIs, and ensure consistency of execution across all markets.

Commercial Leadership: Act as a trusted advisor to distributor partners, fostering collaboration and driving mutual business growth.

About You:

Proven experience in distributor management, commercial strategy, or route-to-market roles within the premium spirits, FMCG, or luxury goods industry.

Strong commercial acumen with a track record of driving sales effectiveness and market expansion.

Ability to navigate diverse cultural and business landscapes across the Middle East and India.

Exceptional stakeholder management, negotiation, and leadership skills.

Willingness to travel extensively within the region.
