Provides excellent customer service by making prompt and courteous deliveries of customer orders. Makes pick-ups as necessary. Performs general warehouse duties and customer assistance as needed. Performs all job responsibilities in a safe, timely and efficient manner.
Core Responsibilities:
- Delivers a variety of our products to different addresses to meet customers’ requests.
- Loads unloads, prepares, inspects and operates delivery vehicle to ensure it’s prepared for driving.
- Collects cash from customers and receives signatures with necessary verification of ID from credit card accounts to provide them to the management and avoid any accountability for mistakes.
- Informs customers on new products and services to ensure their satisfaction.
- Documents and keep record of information on pick-ups and deliveries, automobile mileage, fuel costs and any problems encountered to provide it to the management and avoid any accountability for mistakes.
- Asks for feedback on provided services and resolves clients’ complaints to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Assists in the performance of year-end physical inventories for the warehouse to ensure proper inventory process.
