Dispatcher (Male only ) Jobs in Dubai at Habib Bakery and Supermarket
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare daily dispatch schedules based on production output and branch requirements.
- Coordinate with production, packing, and inventory teams to ensure all items are ready for dispatch.
- Verify product quantities, quality, and packaging before loading.
- Assign delivery routes to drivers and ensure efficient trip planning.
- Monitor vehicle loading to ensure proper handling and prevent product damage.
- Maintain accurate dispatch records, including trip sheets, delivery notes, and return logs.
- Track delivery progress and ensure all branches receive items on time.
- Communicate with branches regarding delivery timings, shortages, or urgent requirements.
- Record and report any delivery delays, vehicle issues, or product discrepancies.
- Ensure compliance with food safety standards during loading and transportation.
- Coordinate with maintenance team for vehicle readiness and schedule checks.
- Support inventory team by reporting daily consumption, returns, and wastage from deliveries.
- Maintain organized dispatch area and ensure smooth workflow during peak hours.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in dispatching, logistics, or delivery coordination (preferably in bakery/FMCG).
- Strong knowledge of routing, trip planning, and delivery documentation.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple deliveries.
- Basic computer skills (Excel, dispatch logs, ERP entries).
