Director, Strategic Partnerships Jobs in Dubai at IBCCES
iCademy Middle East, an online school, is seeking a Teacher Assistant to work in our Knowledge Hub in Dubai Knowledge Park. This is a full-time position, working with students in Kindergarten to Grade 2. Qualified applicants must hold a Bachelor’s degree and have demonstrated experience working with students in an educational setting. The hours are 8am – 4pm Monday through Thursday and 7:30am – 12:00 noon on Friday.
The Teacher Assistant will include:
Provide support to children on an individual, class or small group basis.
Give extra help to children with special needs or those for whom English is not their first language.
Motivate and encourage pupils.
Prepare the classroom for lessons.
Assist with assessing and correcting work.
Attend meetings and reviews.
Help with school events, trips and activities.
Other duties as assigned.
Skills
3 years minimum experience, Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
Native (or near native) English speaker
Experience tutoring or teaching children
Ability to quickly learn new technologies and tools
Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and Outlook
