We are seeking an experienced and strategic Procurement, ICT & Facilities Director to oversee integrated procurement operations, ICT vendor management, and facilities functions. The ideal candidate will drive cost efficiencies, digital transformation initiatives, and operational excellence across the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
Procurement & Supply Chain
- Lead end-to-end procurement operations including sourcing, contracting, and supplier management
- Develop and implement regional procurement strategies aligned with business goals
- Drive cost optimization across direct and indirect procurement categories
- Ensure compliance with ZATCA regulations, customs requirements, and internal controls
- Oversee P2P (Procure-to-Pay) cycle with zero deficiency standards
- Manage supplier onboarding, performance evaluation, and sustainability programs
- Lead ICT procurement activities including hardware, software, licenses, and managed services
- Manage ICT vendor contracts, SLAs, and renewal cycles
Information and Communications Technology
- Develop and implement IT strategies aligned with the company’s goals and objectives.
- Plan and oversee the implementation of technology solutions that enhance productivity, streamline operations, and improve efficiency.
- Lead and manage the ICT team, including technicians, developers, and support staff.
- Oversee ICT asset management and deprecation of assets.
- Oversee the design, installation, and maintenance of IT systems, including servers, networks, workstations, and communication tools.
- Manage and maintain the ICT budget, ensuring that the department stays within financial limits while meeting its objectives.
- Monitor IT service management processes (e.g., incident management, problem management, change management)
- Develop and enforce comprehensive IT security policies and procedures to protect organizational assets against data breaches, cyberattacks, and unauthorized access.
Facilities Management
- Oversee day-to-day facilities operations including maintenance, space planning, and office services
- Manage facility-related vendor contracts, service agreements, and performance monitoring
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental (HSE) regulations across all facilities
- Lead preventive and corrective maintenance programs to ensure operational continuity
- Plan and manage office relocations, renovations, and workspace optimization initiatives
- Control facilities budget and drive cost-efficiency in utility and service consumption
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, Information Technology, or relevant field
- MBA or equivalent advanced degree is a plus
- 8-10 years of progressive experience in procurement, IT vendor management, and facilities management.
- PMP certification preferred
- Strong knowledge of ZATCA regulations and customs compliance
- Proven experience in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or equivalent)
- Experience managing IT procurement and technology vendor relationships
- Demonstrated ability to deliver cost savings and process improvements
