ThePurposeof the Role
As a Director of Enterprise Solutions here at Honeywell, you will be accountable for guiding the development and implementation of enterprise-level technology solutions. Yourstrategic vision, technical expertise, and guiding skills will be instrumental in deliveringinnovativeand effective solutions that drive business growth and operational excellence.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to shape the overall enterprise solutions strategy and guide the team in designing and implementing scalable, secure, and integrated solutions. You will work withcross-functional teamsto comprehend business requirements, identify technology solutions, and ensure successful solution delivery.Your abilityto build strong relationships with stakeholders and effectively communicate complex technical concepts will be key to drivingcustomer satisfactionand achieving business objectives.
You will report directly to our Senior Director Enterprise Sales and work out of our location on On-site work schedule.
Key Responsibilities:
Work closely withcross-functional teamsto ensure successful delivery of solutions
Guide the development and implementation of enterprise solutions for our customers
Drive the growth and profitability of the business throughinnovative solutions
Manage all aspects of engagements for Strategic/Large Opportunities
Build relationships and understand customer business to provide appropriate products or solutions.
Define sales and growth strategy towards key customers while aligning with critical sales business objectives.
Utilize yourproduct knowledgeto deliver the value proposition to the customers.
Develop and maximize Honeywell presence and market share in designated accounts and territory.
Provide strategic guidance to the team
Ensure solutions align with scalability, security, and integration requirements
Drivecontinuous improvementandinnovationin enterprise solutions processes and methodologies
Skills &
Qualifications:
15+ years of experience in enterprise solutions development and implementation
Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or engineering
Relevant certifications in enterprise architecture or related areas
Strong guiding andstrategic planningskills
Proven track recordof driving growth and profitability throughinnovative solutions
Domain experience in connected solutions especially arounddigital transformationinitiatives.
Experience in co-development and orchestration of complex solutions in drivingdigital transformationinitiatives at an enterprise level.
