RolePurposeand Summary
Implement, manage and oversee risk management and compliance efforts with guidance from VP, Risk and Compliance across Vision Invest, ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements, ethical standards, and safeguarding against potential risks and vulnerabilities.
Experience
10-12 years of relevant professional experience in governance, management and compliance roles with a minimum of 5 years in managerial capacity;
Working experience at an infrastructure fund or a private equity firm is preferred.
Qualifications
Master’s degree in Finance, Business, Engineering or related field. Relevant international risk management certifications and compliance certifications preferable, e.g., CERA (Chartered Enterprise Risk Analyst), CRM (Certified Risk Manager), GRCP (Governance, Risk, Compliance Professional).

Role Specific Technical Responsibilities
Risk Management
Work closely with the VP, Risk and Compliance to contribute to Vision Invest’s risk strategy by outlining specific objectives, performance metrics, and milestones aligned with the company’s broader strategic goals.
Lead the design and implementation of advanced data collection and analysis strategies. Develop and refine tools, methods, and formats to enhance data accuracy and decision-making. Provide insights and recommendations tosenior leadership.
Oversee the development and execution of enterprise-wide risk management frameworks. Collaborate with executive teams to identify, assess, and mitigate risks across all business units. Implementinnovativerisk management models and protocols.
Drive strategic initiatives to identify and address complex risk-related challenges.Lead cross-functional teamsin developing and implementing process improvements that enhance organizationalresilienceand agility.
Support the establishment and monitoring of annual objectives and budgets for the risk team, ensuring alignment with Vision Invest’s corporate priorities.
Conduct regular risk scenario modelling and scenario planning to inform risk mitigation efforts and support business strategies.
Identify and evaluate risks, issues, dependencies, and constraints associated with projects, escalating them to the VP, Risk and Compliance and collaborating on mitigating solutions where necessary.
Maintain and update Vision Invest’s risk management and control policies and procedures, ensuring consistent application across the organization.
Collaborate with function leads to assess risk appetite and develop risk management strategies, ensuring alignment with guidance from the VP, Risk and Compliance.
Lead the creation and implementation of comprehensive business continuity plans. Conduct regular business impact analyses and simulations to ensure organizational preparedness.
Develop and validate sophisticated risk models to provide more accurate risk forecasts. Lead a team of analysts to continuously enhance the organization’s risk quantification capabilities.
Compliance Management
Support the VP, Risk and Compliance in evaluating Vision Invest’s compliance environment and refining the enterprise-wide compliance framework.
