in Dubai United Arab Emirates. As a key member of our
leadership
teamyou will be responsible for overseeing and directing multiplehighimpact projects across the organization ensuring theirsuccessful execution and alignment with our strategicgoals.
Develop and implement projectmanagement strategies methodologies and best practices across theorganization
Lead and mentor a team of projectmanagers fostering a culture of excellence and continuousimprovement
Oversee the planning execution anddelivery of complex largescale projects
Manageproject portfolios ensuring optimal
resource allocation
andprioritization
Collaborate with seniorleadership to align project objectives with overall businessstrategy
Identify and mitigate project risksdeveloping contingency plans asneeded
Establish and maintain relationshipswith key stakeholders including clients vendors andpartners
Drive
innovation
in project managementprocesses and tools to enhance efficiency andeffectiveness
Monitor and report on projectperformance providing insights and recommendations to executiveleadership
Ensure compliance with localbusiness practices and regulations in Dubai and theUAE
Qualifications:
Bachelorsdegree in Engineering;
Masters degreepreferred
PMP (
Project Management
Professional) certification required
Additionalcertifications such as PRINCE2 Agile or Six Sigma are highlydesirable
10 years of project managementexperience with at least 5 years in a senior leadershiprole
Proven track record
of successfullymanaging largescale complex projects
Expertknowledge of
project management
methodologies (e.g. Agile Waterfall
PRINCE2)
Strong skills in strategic planningrisk management and financialmanagement
Excellent
leadership
abilities withexperience in
team development
andmentoring
Advanced stakeholder management andcommunication skills
Demonstratedproblemsolving and decisionmakingcapabilities
Indepth understanding of industrytrends and best practices in projectmanagement
Familiarity with the businesslandscape local practices and regulations in Dubai and theUAEAbility to work effectively in a fastpacedmulticultural environment
