We are looking for a Director of Program Strategy to lead the HR strategy and transformation agenda. You will set direction for high-priority people programs, connect executive vision to execution, and drive HR outcomes across the organization.
What you will do:
- Own the HR strategy and transformation program portfolio from design to delivery
- Translate the people strategy into clear, executable roadmaps and governance
- Set priorities and align HR functions with business leadership
- Direct measurable outcomes across talent, workforce, and organizational effectiveness
- Advise and report to executive leadership on program value and benefits
What you bring:
- 10 or more years in HR, including HR strategy or transformation program leadership
- Proven experience directing initiatives such as operating model redesign, workforce planning, or HR digitization
- Strong strategic thinking, executive stakeholder management, and leadership skills
- Deep grounding in core HR domains (talent, organizational design, total rewards, or workforce planning)
- Certification such as SHRM-SCP, CIPD Level 7, PgMP, or MSP is preferred
