Director of Room Jobs in Iraq at Kinetic Business Solutions
Main responsibilities
Oversee Front Office, Housekeeping, and Laundry operations to ensure seamless guest experiences.
Drive room revenue performance while managing departmental budgets and operational costs.
Maintain high guest satisfaction levels and handle VIP guests and escalated service issues.
Ensure compliance with operational procedures, quality standards, and health and safety requirements.
Lead recruitment, performance management, and training initiatives across the Rooms Division.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to optimise operational efficiency and commercial performance.
Requirements
3–5 years of management experience within Rooms Division operations in a 4-star or 5-star hotel environment.
Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related discipline preferred.
Proficiency with hotel Property Management Systems (PMS) and Microsoft Office applications.
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
Experience managing budgets, service standards, and team performance.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to varying operational schedules.
Open to candidates based outside Iraq.
Prior experience in Iraq is an advantage.
